I've been playing around with some ebay plugins and scripts for setting up ebay auctions on some websites and blogs.
The first software program I installed is called Affiliate Success:ebay (or AS:e). This is a super powerful program that I find super intimidating. Because of that, I have checked out some others as well. So, the second program is Build A Niche Store (BANS). This script is pretty easy to upload and much more user friendly, but also much less powerful than AS:e.
BANS creates a niche store full of ebay ads for your category. Not surprising, just as the name implies. You can also add articles and other content to your store, including adsense and affiliate links, etc. You are limited to just the store format with this software.
The AS:e script can be used to create a store, but it can also be integrated into blogs and websites in any size blocks you designate. So it's much more versatile than BANS.
Another option that I'm liking are the Wordpress plugins. These are specifically, phpBaylite and BayRSS. I only used the free version of phpBay, but have a paid version of BayRSS. Obviously I can't compare them, but I do like the layout of the auctions using BayRSS much better than phpBaylite.
Here's an example:

If you don't yet have an ebay account, you'll want to sign up. Click the "Register Now!" link in the left sidebar to be taken to the page to do that now.
I'll have a free sample of the BayRSS plugin available for you in a day or two. Do come back, and in the meantime, have a good one!
