A whirlwind of activity has kept me away from online activities for the most part the past couple days, things like deck repairs and yardwork. With the arrival of spring, there are a ton of tasks to attend to. One at a time, and it is wonderful to be outside.
Logging in now I see that the rich text editor on this blog looks exactly as I would expect it to look. Wonderful! So my problem is solved without lifting a finger. Sure am glad I didn’t have to go the route of reinstalling the old version of WordPress. What a blessing.
I’ll keep it short tonight and plan to have something of substance to offer tomorrow. Have a good one!

Is it okay to say I feel a bit discouraged lately?
I’d love to experience some success of some kind, with a great affiliate sale or an avalanche of adsense clicks, but I know I can’t control that. I need just to stay focused and keep making progress. I have a good foundation in all I am learning about marketing on the Internet and in the programs I’m a member of. So I’ll keep working and know that I’m on the path to success — big time success.
It would be a very good idea too if I became a more active member of the forums I read each day. I can think of 2 in particular where I could get great help and support. So I’ll commit to posting in both of those forums a number of times a week. Posting will become second nature in no time at all.
Have you heard of Ghalil? She’s the author of “Professional Dreamer” and offers a number of courses on manifestation and other spiritual sorts of topics. She’s delightful and has quite a story. She has a product called “Pocket Pals,” that I like to listen to. On these mp3s, Ghalil recites a bunch of affirmations set to music, with the themes of love, wealth and worthiness. Her style is sort of like rap, but not rap, and not new agey at all. They’re really energizing and fun. I’d highly recommend them and will listen tomorrow. If you’re interested, you can find her and the Pocket Pals at ProfessionalDreamer.com.
I feel better just writing about that. Have a good one.

Well, the Googlebots have visited my new websites. These are the ones I bookmarked yesterday on about 20 social bookmarking sites using Bookmarking Demon. None are indexed, but all received visits. I haven’t had the knowledge before to watch the indexing process so closely. It’s kind of fun.
Actually, I am having so much fun with all of this marketing and site building stuff. It feels incredible, and because of that, I only have expectations of success. I feel so confident that I have built a strong foundation and affiliated with some good teachers and programs. Believe me when I say I spent too much time and money with some bad ones in the past!
I secured some more backlinks for my newest sites today by announcing them on Article Underground blogs. These are PR 4-6. That should help in the indexing effort too.
Tomorrow I absolutely will complete my Squidoo lens on Boy Million! I do get moving in too many directions at once and so complete projects more slowly than I’d like. I feel less confident with this too, and I think that holds me back. Tomorrow is the day.
I watched some videos on another blog of Matt Cutts, a Google big guy, answering some questions about Google’s guidelines, SEO, IPs and miscellaneous other questions. Very interesting. I’ll plan to bring some videos with valuable information to this blog too. We can all learn.
That’s it for now.
P.S. Go Gophers! 80-78 in OT.

Learned tonight that some people have recently had their WordPress blogs hacked into. I learned this on the Keyword Avalanche forum. Also learned there was an upgrade available, 2.0.6, and upgrading is highly recommended. That became my evening.
I got everything reconstructed for the most part after losing my custom formating in the upgrade process. All of my content was preserved. Overall, very successful.
We’re in the middle of a wonderful snowstorm! The first really good one in my area this year, and I live in Minnesota!
That’s all for now.

So I sort of took an inventory of all the projects I’m working on right now. I may have too much planned. I’ve said it a bunch of times before, I need to focus and finish things before taking more on. But knowing this, I took on another activity this week. I’ve signed up for some coaching on adsense keyword research and site building. Have I mentioned that before?
The coach is offering a very specific process to follow to mimic her success. It’s not very expensive and we get a ton for the money. So far it’s pretty intense, especially considering the season. But she introduced us to Keyword Elite for our research. The process is super slow, although I believe that’s in Overture’s corner and not Keyword Elite’s. I’ll hold off on including a link to KE until I know if I like it or not. I think I’ll really benefit from the coaching.
Someone else who has coaching in the works is Ken Fox, the creator of Blogini, the Global Weblog Network. He is so committed to his customers and gives more than could ever be expected. I am so glad I learned of his program and signed up when I did. It’s not a quick fix to anything, but if you’re in it for the long haul, it will really payoff. It already has, big time. And have you ever heard of the cost for a program going down? That’s the plan, along with a whole lot more in 2007.
We’re doing the Boy Million campaign through Ken Fox’s tutelage. Such an opportunity! It’s a can’t miss. Check it out.
That’s it for now!
