Download Any Video – Video Catcher Pro

By Deb | Mar 24, 2009

You know how you watch a video online and decide you’d like a copy of it on your hard drive so you can watch again in the future?  And you know how some folks make their videos available for download and others don’t?

I’m not talking about YouTube videos here.  Membership sites often have tons of video training but only allow streaming online.  I also find there is a treasure of information provided in videos used in the big time product launches or even on the sales pages that don’t have a download link.

Well Rudy Dhondt, an internet marketer, figured out how to download these videos. First he made a pdf  report available as a warrior special offer, teaching his method.  Then he followed that up by developing a software application that can save the videos for you.  Rudy’s program is called Video Catcher Pro.  I love it.

The program is a piece of cake to use.  All I do is play the video in my Internet Explorer browser.  Once it’s done, I open the VCP program, click a few buttons and the videos are saved on my hard drive right where I want them.

I just downloaded a couple videos from a membership site that I wanted to keep.  These videos demonstrate how to do an advanced task in wordpress.  Now when I am ready to make the same changes to my blogs, I can watch his videos again and not just rely on my notes.

So long story short, you might not think downloading videos is a big deal but I am so grateful that I can do it with any video I want access to in the future.  Check it out!
